I often tell clients: the most dangerous thing you can do when buying or selling a home is hire a desperate Realtor. “Commission breath” is real — agents who are so focused on getting paid that they’ll say or do anything, even if it’s not in your best interest. I’m not that guy. I love what I do, and of course I enjoy getting paid for my work, but I don’t need your money to pay my bills. In addition to being a full-time real estate agent, I’m also a real estate investor/developer. I make a living doing the same things I help my clients do: buying smart, being creative, adding value, and thinking long-term.
